What is EpassCard?

EpassCard is a digital virtual card system that allows you to create and manage multiple types of digital passes. You can easily design, generate, and share cards directly with your users or customers.

EpassCard functions as a complete digital wallet solution. Your passes can be stored in Google Wallet, Apple Wallet, or the EpassCard Wallet, eliminating the need to carry physical cards or paper documents.

EpassCard includes a range of advanced features such as:

  • Virtual business cards

Virtual cards allow you to share your profile instantly using a QR code—simple, fast, and professional.

We offer 1 free package and 5 paid packages.
  • The Free Plan allows you to create up to 5 passes.
  • Paid plans allow you to create 1,000 to 30,000 passes, depending on your package.
All paid plans include a 1‑month free trial. After the trial ends, payment is automatically deducted from the account you added.

Each package follows a 30‑day billing cycle. After 30 days, you can renew your plan to continue using the service.

EpassCard offers both free and paid options.

Yes, you can download the EpassCard app for both Android and iPhone. You can also log in through your browser using the same account.

Compatibility

EpassCard works with iPhones that support NFC. Any iPhone with a camera can scan QR codes. Compatible models include:
  • iPhone XR, SE, XS, XS Max
  • iPhone 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 series
  • All future iPhones
Note: iPhone 7, 8, and X users must enable NFC from the Control Center.

Any Android device with NFC is supported. All Android phones with a camera can scan QR codes.

Profile Creation & Customization

You can create virtual business cards directly from the EpassCard mobile app. This option is designed for personal or individual use. For company or advanced use, you’ll need to use our web application at app.epasscard.com. The web platform offers more flexibility, customization options, and full access to all card types. With the Free Plan, you can create up to 5 passes from the web application. To create more than 5 passes, you’ll need to choose one of our subscription packages, which renew every 30 days.

Yes, you can customize the pass template color and layout from your dashboard that you design from your epasscard app.

A pass template is the visual layout or structure of your card. You create the template once, then generate multiple passes using the same design—similar to creating one business card layout and printing it for different team members.

No. After creating a template, you can upload a CSV file to generate passes automatically. Once created, passes are sent to your customers using your preferred delivery method.

Passes can be delivered through:Push notifications, SMS or Email Users receive a direct link to add the pass to their digital wallet.

Push notifications allow you to send promotional messages when a customer enters a specific location range. It’s a powerful way to highlight offers, updates, or membership benefits instantly.
